DDC DODA INSPECTS WATER FILTRATION PLANT AT BEOLI
In connection to get a first hand information about the quality and quantity of water supply to Doda town and its adjoining areas DDC Doda Dr. Sagar D. Doifode paid a surprise visit at water filtration plant near Beoli.
DDC Doda enquired the entire process at the aforementioned plant and also evaluated the level of cleanliness of water and its percolation to different areas of the town.
He was informed by the officials that this reservoir has a capacity of approximately 12 lakh gallons of water which is supplied to Doda town
regular intervals.
During the visit DC Doda himself drank a glass of water to ensure that people of Doda are receiving pristine quality of water.
Further DDC directed the officials of the department to prepare a plan and submit the same in his office at earliest under which it must be chalked out how to provide 24 hour water supply to both Doda and Bhaderwah town.
AEE PHE and Technical officer to Ex En PHE Doda Fayaz Mehta also accompanied the DDC.
