In order to take the stock of information with regard to the working of education sector across the district, DDC DODA Dr Sagar D Doifode today caonvened a detailed meeting of all the zeo’s of the district.
During the meeting DDC Doda was apprised of the present scenario of the education sector and also about the existing malfunctions prevalent within the department.In order to cope up with such issues DDC has devised a new strategy of standardized grading of school’s,that can extarct best out of every educational institution and can also monitor their performance from time to time.
Further DDC Doda has also underpinned the importance of categorical utilisation of the available resources,so that students do not suffer due the scarcity of the basic minimum facilities.
Moreover DDC has stressed upon this perspective in order to make all the institutions more comfortable and like second home for students in reality.
Apart from these grassroot level issues, DDC has also highlighted the importance of managing overall asthetics of the educational institutions.Special stress has also been laid out on the proper conduct of extra co curricular activities and optimum utilisation of resources so that the structures can be beautified inside out.
Besides these issues, distribution of pending uniforms and delayed construction of new structures were also discussed during the meeting.
CEO Doda has been directed to fecilitate an inter institutional rationalisation,so that the schools bearing the shortage of faculty can avail the facility from the other with teh proper machanism carved out for the same.
In this regard a training program will be conducted by diet Doda in collaboration with Vishwagram(a Gujarat based NGo) so as to provide a meticulous insight into the said program.
