DDC Doda holds Public outreach programme at Chilly Pingal

DODA, MAY 28- The District Development Commissioner Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode today held Public Outreach Programme at Chilly Pingal in Sub Division Gandoh to listen the grievances of the public.
 
Grievances pertaining to twenty beded trauma centre with proper health care system, rusting of water pipe lines because of the high quantity of iron, Bad Road Connectivity, upgradation of present phc’s, shortage of staff in schools, health and ,proper functioning of Anganwadi centres under ICDS, less  awareness programs conducted by agriculture, horticulture, animal and sheep husbandary,issue of delay payment in  Rural Development, installation of electric metres, requirement of bhatoli chilly road and other public grievances were discussed threadbare in the programme. 
 
The DDC directed the concerned ZEO for rationalisation of teaching staff in those schools where there is high enrollment and less staff especially in HS bhatoli and Manu besides asked to provide nutritional food in mid day meal on daily basis. He directed the CDPO to conduct visits in all the centre’s to ensure whether they are functioning on daily basis and also directed to submit a detailed proposal for requirement of new Anganwadi centres as per the population.
 
 He also directed BMO to conduct healthcare related awareness camps on regular basis like eye camp,free medical checkups etc.
 
Besides directed PDD department to install electric metres so that rationalisation of charges can be made
 
Moreover DDC directed the tehsildar to provide certificate on spot and conduct field visits to ensure that employees are attending their duties on daily basis.
 
DDC Doda also met with deputation of bhatri,malikpura and also inspected piyakul road condition and HS samara.
 
Other officials who were present during the DDC visit are, Tehsildar Chilly, BDO Chilly Pingal and kahara, BMO besides the officials of other department’s.
