*DDC Doda holds Public outreach programme at Gajoth(Bhala)*

The District Development Commissioner Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode today held Public Outreach Programme at Gajoth in Bhala block to listen the grievances of the public.
 
Grievances pertaining to sanction of permanent PHC with proper health care system for the area, restoration of damaged khulls, Road Connectivity to be upgraded, shortage of staff in schools, health,PDD and improper functioning of Anganwadi centres under ICDS, less  awareness programs conducted by agriculture, horticulture, animal and sheep husbandary,issue of delay payment in  Rural Development, installation of electric iron poles under Saubhagya, requirement of chilly road,repairement of powa bridge, Govt college for Malothi,Issue of requirement of noc from home department in favour of establishing Army Goodwill  Public School,pm kissan survey to be conducted again,land compensation in favour of land donors,separate reciever for Gajoth panchayat, payments of newely constructed SBM units and other public grievances were discussed threadbare in the programme. 
 
The DDC directed the concerned ZEO for rationalisation of teaching staff in those schools where there is high enrollment and less staff especially in HSS Malothi and Govt girls primary school Malothi besides directed to issue the orders of detachment of teaching staff working in other departments/ schools.
 
 He directed the CDPO to conduct visits in all the centre’s to ensure whether they are functioning on daily basis and also directed them to give focus on enhancing enrollment in the centre’s.
 
 He also directed BMO to conduct healthcare related awareness camps on regular basis like eye camp,free medical checkups etc.
 
Besides directed PDD department to install iron poles in the area,cover those areas under Saubhagya scheme which are not yet covered and prepared a rationalised power distribution mechanism for the area,and also directed the RDD to submit the proposal under SDRF for repairement and restoration of khulls which is necessary for the area.
 
Meanwhile DDC Doda also informed the public about the recent project initiated under zimedari in which overall School reforms will be covered and also inspected some schools to review the progress of ongoing project.
 
Moreover DDC directed the tehsildar and  to conduct revenue camps quarterly and conduct field visits to ensure that employees are attending their duties on daily basis.
 
Other officials who were present during the DDC visit are,ADC Bhaderwah Dr R k Bharti, Tehsildar Bhala, BDO Bhala, BMO,ZEO and CDPO Bhala,besides the officers of other allied department’s.
