_Back to Village_ *Preparations going on at Block levels for successful implementation of the program*

With an aim to kickstart the “Back to Village” program initiated by Govt of J&k on a successful note,all the district/sectoral officer’s on the direction of DDC DODA Dr Sagar D Doifode today conducted awareness cum training program for field functionaries and newly elected PRI’s in their jurisdictions for smooth and successful launch/implementation of the innovative event.

 

During the program all the stakeholders were sensitised about the importance of the program in the overall development of the panchayats and discussed in detail the logistics,do’s and don’ts of the program.

 

It has been informed by the officers of RDD that all the measures have been taken into account in their blocks for the successful launch of the program like wide publicity through banners,pasting of pamphlets in local languages, briefing

to the common people’s through meetings conducted by VLW/MPW in which dissemination of information regarding Shramdan had been provided to them.

 

Besides it is pertinent to mention here that the program”Back to Village” is scheduled to start from  20th of June upto 27 of June in which a gazzeted officer has to stay in the assigned village for two days including one night halt to understand the basic strengths and weaknesses of the respective panchayat,and same shall be recorded in a format which has already circulated among the deployed staff,besides the PM letter which they have to recite in a gram sabha.
