_Lal Draman Festival_ *DDC reviews the status of arrangements,sets timeline for various activities,besides finalised the transportation mechanism of material required for the festival*

DODA,July 15:

For the smooth & successful conduct of the Lal Draman festival which is now scheduled to be a two days celebration,going to start on 27th of July 2019 ,DDC Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode today convened a meeting of all the concerned departments to review their preparations for the upcoming festival.

 

During the meeting a detailed threadbare discussion held under which various timelines were set by the DDC,besides took the review of the preparations for transportation of material/goods required for the smooth conduct of Lal Draman festival.

 

However DDC Doda informed the meeting that all the material like sound system,tents, electric generators,lights and other items which are necessary for the upcoming festival must reach at the respective venue on 25th of July without any fail.

 

Moreover DDC Doda also directed the EO’s to depute their sufficient number of safai Karamchari staff to the venue,probably two days before the inaugration of the event so that all the designated places where program is going to be demonstrated by the participants shall be made clean and made look beautiful.

 

Besides DDC has directed all the other concerned officials,that by 24th of July all the material which is required in mela shall be handover to the transportation committee, so that by 25th of July it will reach to the venue without any delay.

 

Further DDC directed the AEE PDD and EO MC doda to ensure proper lighting at the venue and on the approach paths which will be leading towards the destination so that there will be no inconvenience to the visitors.

 

The meeting was attended by ADC Doda Kishori Lal Sharma, CMO Doda, CEO Doda,besides other district and sectoral officer’s of the administration.
