*”Back to Village” IIIrd phase culminates successfully with gusto, multifarious activities in 59 panchayats at Doda.

Doda, June 25: 

“Back to Village” programme-governace at door steps successfully culminated with gusto and multifarious activities/drives in another 59 panchayats of District Doda. 

 

In all the assigned panchayats 59 gazzeted Officers visited and conducted gram sabhas,visited govt institutions run in the far flung areas, reviewed the implementation of central and state sponsored schemes, constituted the social audit teams in all the panchayats, inaugrated newly constructed assets by various departments in the Panchyats like school grounds, play fields, water reservoir, water springs, roads, distributed ration cards, job cards under MNREGA, conducted separate women gram sabhas, executed new works under Shramdan worth of Rupees 6-7 lakh approximately across the district. Recorded all the feedback in the already shared assessment form.

 

District Development Commissioner (DDC) Dr Sagar  D Doifode visited panchayat different panchayats Hambal of block Khaleni where he inaugurated newly constructed Comunity Hall, he visited panchayat Muthi and Goa of block Marmat. In Goa he inaugurated newly constructed foot bridge and newly constructed Block office. In panchayat Drudu of Block Bhaderwah he executed work under Shram Dhan at water spring Drudu. ADDC Doda and ADC also visited various panchayats and of block Dali udhyanpur, Bhagwah, Gundna, Bhaderwah and Thathri.

 

Varous secretariat officers visited there allotted panchayats and interacted with PRIs and general public. They also visited different government offices and enlightened public about government schemes. The secteriat level officers include Commissioner secretary revenue, Shahid anayatullah who visited at chinote panchayat at Bhaderwah, director social welfare Dr Bharat Bhushan who visited Nalthi panchayat of Bhaderwah Block Dr Bharat Bhushan also distributed wheel chairs and hearing aids among the selected beneficiaries ,Dr Nirupa Rai  member SSB visited Bhaderwah, Jahangir Hashmi additional CEO, ERA visited village Ghat,Rohit Sharma deputy secretary health and medical education visited panchayat Malwas of  Bhagwah Block, Narayan Dutt,  deputy director rural sanitation visited   Dessa Bhagwah. 

 

Besides, other officer/officials  of different departments remained present in the programme at there respective panchayats.
