*DDC Doda visited Lal Draman,conduct holistic review of the arrangements for smooth conduct of Public Mela*

District Development Commissioner Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode along with the team of officers today visited Lal Draman at Bijarni to take the holistic review of the arrangements of Lal Draman public mela which is tentatively scheduled to be held on 27 of July 2019.

 

During the visit DDC Doda along with the organising team discussed all the modalities for the smooth conduct of Lal Draman festival,besides identified the locations for parking of vehicles, separate path for horses,proper sitting arrangement for audience, location for  Installation of departmental stalls and food corner’s, nominate members for welcome committee, etc.

 

Moreover keeping in view the cleanliness of the venue DDC Doda has directed the EO Doda and Bhaderwah to depute the sufficient number of staff in order to keep the venue neat and clean before and during the day of public mela.

 

Further DDC has directed the SSP Doda to provide sufficient number of security staff at the venue and in its adjoining areas so that hazzle and fear free festival shall be celebrated at Lal Draman.

 

Also a number of committees were framed by the DDC for smooth conduct of various activities on the day of public mela.

 

Other officers who accompanied the DDC during the visit are SSP Doda, DSP DAR and Traffic, ACD Doda,Ex En PMGSY Doda, BDO Bhagwah, Marmat, Bhaderwah,Kahara,Deputy Registrar Cooperative besides other officials of district administration.
