_BDC Election’s_ *DPEO Doda holds meeting with Observer’s*

DODA, October 09:

In view of the upcoming BDC election’s, DPEO Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode today convened a meeting with the Observer’s appointed by CEO J&K for the smooth conduct of the elections in the district.

 

A detail threadbare discussion held regarding the roles and responsibilities of the Observer’s during the elections which was thoroughly briefed by the DPEO Doda during the meeting.

 

Moreover DPEO Doda asked all the Observer’s to strictly look the entire election process in their respective blocks at micro level,to enforce the MCC guidelines in letter and spirit besides ask them to report on all activities to the CEO and DPEO office on daily basis.

 

Further DPEO Doda informed them about the schedule dates of nominations, scrutiny, withdrawal,symbol allotments to the contesting candidates,poll day and counting which will be done on the same day during the meeting to the Observer’s besides informed them about the final publish of the candidates list and electoral roll.

 

He also informed them that all the polling stations were placed at centralised locations of each block, ask them to visit the polling stations and review all the necessary arrangements done there for the smooth conduct of the elections as per the guidelines of election authorities,besides it was also told them that the whole team of govt officials at field level will be at their disposal with immediate effect.

 

Other’s who were present during the meeting are ADDC Doda,DPO Doda, DTO Doda besides other officials of the concerned department.
