*DC Doda paid visit to Gandoh* _Released amount of Rs 25000 to fully damaged shop and 10000 each partially damage for fire victims_

DODA, AUGUST 31:- The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Doda, Dr. Sagar D Doifode visited Gandoh (Bhalessa) where 6 shops and 6 other structures were damaged in fire Gandoh Market during intervening night 29th, 30th August 2019.

DC Doda along with SDM Gandoh and Tehsildar Gandoh met the fire victims and assured all the necessary assistance from district administration.

DC Doda released Rs. 25 thousand each to the shops fully damage and 10 thousands each to the partially damage.

Earlier, the people apprised DC Doda about various demands and problems being faced by them including shortage of Gas Cylinder, adequate drinking water supply schemes, imptovement of electric supply which includes installation of electric poles and change of electric wire, solar light requirement, shortage of JE PDD, schools and health centres, shortage of fire gas cylinder in Fire & Emergency Department.

DC Doda gave patient hearing to the demands of the people on the occasion and issued onspot instructions to the concerned officers to mitigate their genuine demands.

DC assured the public for additional Police patrolling at night to avert any such incidence in future.
