*DDC reviews progress on PMGSY road projects Of Sub division Thathri and Gandoh* _Ask the authorities to work in coordination,to expedite all the works and complete all the targets under fixed timeline_

DODA, SEPTEMBER 25 : District Development Commissioner Doda, Dr. Sagar D. Doifode today reviewed the progress on  Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) road projects of Sub division Thathri and Gandoh, here at Chamber of DC Office Doda.

 

The meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner Revenue  Kaiser Ahmad Bhawani, Joint Director CPO Parshotam Kumar, Executive Engineer PMGSY, AD Planning, AEEs, Je’s and  other concerned officers attended the meeting.

 

The District Development Commissioner Doda expressed concern over delay in completion of projects and directed the PMGSY officers to strictly adhere to the specifications and complete the ongoing within stipulated time frame.

 

While taking a detailed review of the stage/scheme wise progress and completion of scheme, the DDC  directed the officers to review the pending projects for want of any clearance and get the issues resorted so to complete these projects at the earliest. 

 

DDC directed the Xen PMGSY to coordinate with concerned authorities and settle all the pending land acquisition cases, forest clearances for early completion of  PMGSY roads.

 

Moreover DDC also interacted with the contractor’s and motivated them to complete all their tenders under fixed timeline and assured them that every possible help will be extended to them by the administration to achieve the set targets.
