*One day Training cum Refresher course on PPC, GPDP, Mission Antyodaya Survey- 2019 held at Doda*

DODA, October 17:- In continuation to the training programs organised by the RDD,

Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Doda, Mr Imam Din today presided over one day Training cum Refresher course on PPC, GPDP, Mission Antyodaya Survey- 2019 for Block Officers of Line Departments held at Conference Hall of DC Office Complex Doda here. 

 

ACD Doda Akhter Hussain Qazi, DPO Doda Mohd Idrees lone, besides Block Officers of line departments, BDOs remained present during the training programme.

 

Threadbare discussions were also held on various parameters on Mission Antodaya, Peoples Plan Campaign, Role of Ward Majlis (Ward Sabha)  & Halqa Majlis (Gram Sabha) in preparation of GPDP and implementation and Monitoring of GPDP.

 

While addressing the participants, ADDC stated that the main aim of organising this training programme is to sensitise the Block officers of line department about the PPC, GPDP and Mission Antyodaya Survey 2019 and asked all the participants to get fully acquainted.

 

He added that the Mission Antyodaya Survey is done co- terminus with the People’s Plan Campaign (PPC) and this is to improve accountability and outcomes of large pool of resources spent, under different schemes, for the sustainable and inclusive growth and development of rural areas. 

 

ACD Doda briefied the participants about Gram Sabha and Ward Sabha in the preparation of Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP).

 

DPO Mohd.Idrees lone ask the participants to share their departmenal allocation with their field functionaries and the nodal department while formulation of the plan on panchayat basis on the assigned portal, besides informed on Bio-Diversity Management Committee’s, their functions and responsibilities to be constituted at Panchayat Level under J&K Bio-diversity Act 2002 and J&K Bio-diversity Rules 2014.

 

BDO Kahara Athar Amin Zargar further elaborated in detail about the critical gap analysis which shall be strictly considered while formulation of the plan,however BDO Bhaderwah Phulail Singh elaborated about Role of Halqa Majlis for preparation of GPDP and parameters of GPDP.
