*ADDC reviews progress on languishing projects* _Directs for timely completion of each project_

Doda, December 04: On the directions of DDC DODA, Dr Sagar D Doifode,

Additional District Development Commissioner, Doda Sh Imam Din today reviewed the status of the languishing projects here at a meeting of line departments.

 

He also took stock of the progress made on each project approved under the languishing category.

 

The ADDC took scheme-wise physical and financial review of progress on projects undertaken by different departments and funded under the languishing project scheme. He also reviewed the technical sanctioning, administrative approval and tendering progress of several projects. He impressed upon the executing agencies to complete the projects within the set deadline and ensure that transparency is maintained in the execution.

 

The meeting also discussed the challenges faced by the Departments in implementation of certain projects.

 

Moreover a format was circulated among the concerned departments under which three additional components were incorporated, and the executing agencies have been asked to project the work done at the time of approval,actual physical achievement made till now and status of online billing against each work under languishing, besides directed them to draft a pert chart to monitor the progress of each work according to the fixed timelines.
