*Day 4th: “Back to village” programme Phase-II cumlminates in 161 panchayats of Doda* _Rural people welcomes visiting officers with great pump and show, held interactive sessions, multiple -activities conducted in 82 Panchayats under Phase-II_

The second phase of unique initiative, ‘Back to Village-II’ for delivering governance at the door steps of public concludes under phase 2 on a successful note besides gaining momentum as the civil administration today concluded and carried out multiple- activities enshrined in the programme in 161 panchayats of district Doda in two phases.
District Development Commissioner (DDC) Doda,Dr Sagar D Doifode is strictly monitoring the whole program at district level and informed that 161panchayats have been covered under two phases in successfull manner and the third and last phase will start from tommorrow under which 76 Panchayats will be covered to conclude the program in the entire district on a successful note.
He also said that this ambitious program aims to strengthen the grassroot level democracy and to listen and solve the issues of people at lower level positively.
Moreover in many Panchayats of the district multifarious activities were undertaken to carry-on the program.In block Kastigarh,Pyt gagla,Pyt kotli,Pyt mundhar,foundation stone of toilet complex mandi,inauguration of pond at bijal kotli,foundation stone of field bund sc mohalla,besides cleanliness drive in many schools, conduct of sports and singing event, registration of BMC,’s and gram sabha’s,visits to govt institutions were taken into account.
At Bhaderwah block similar activities were conducted like inaugration of blacktopping of udrana to Dandi link road were done.
Director Agriculture Jammu Pawan Singh Rathore, hold Gram Sabha at Panchayat Misrata Block Bhaderwah, Agriculture department also organised a exhibition cum Kissan Mela during the performance of the agriculture department was assessed by the visiting officer and by the general public and also laid foundation stone of Vermi compost structure under Back to Village-II.
Further it is given out that a number of activities, people Participation were witnessed in all the blocks of the district in a same manner.
