*DDC Doda distributed JKIDFC Progress Booklets of languishing projects among Public Representative’s/PRI’s*

DODA, December 17:

With an aim to ensure transparency and accountability in the working of district administration, DDC Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode today distributed the booklet among the Public Representative’s/PRI’S, containing the names of projects/location, approved by JKIDFC under languishing scheme in the district.

 

The booklet contains the names of all those important mega projects,being carried out by various departments in the district under languishing including the total cost of the projects and cost approved under JKIDFC.

 

It is pertinent to mention here that total 86 projects are on going in the district with the approved cost of 161 crore approximately.

 

It is also given out that series of review meetings were already held in the past under the chairmanship of DDC Doda regarding the timely completion of these projects which are more important for public convenience and more review meetings will be conducted in the upcoming days so that these projects will be completed in time bound manner.

 

The distribution program was attended by ACR Doda Kaiser Ahmed Bhawani, Ved Prakash Gupta President MC Doda, Counsellor Tanveer Indrabi besides by other officials of district administration.
