First phase of B2V-II culminated on a successful note in 79 panchayats of the district,Mulitple activities conducted under Back to Village Programme-II* _PRIs, locals, prominent citizens show ebullience in 79 panchayats of District Doda under Phase -I

DODA, November 26: In an ambitious “Back to Village-II” programme designated Gazetted Officers for 79 Panchyats under Phase -I in district Doda held series of meetings and interaction with members of PRIs , gram sabha members, prominent citizens and locals wherein they sought feedback from them about ongoing development works and listens their grievances.

 

District Development Commissioner (DDC) Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode informed that the first phase culminated today in 79 panchayats of district Doda and a good response of villagers was shown who putforth their grievances and realistic feedback to the gazetted officers.

 

He, further stated that multiple activities held like distribution of Job Cards, inaugration of the works taken up under Jal Shakti, MGNEREGA,Back to Village-I,PMGSY roads, PMAY houses,besides holding of meetings with elected ‘panches’ and ‘sarpanches’, hold ‘gram’ (village) sabhas’ in addition to other grassroots level interactions.

 

Officers from concerned line departments are accompanying the designated administrators of these halqas for compiling the reports of recorded grievances as per prescribed performa for onward submission to the concerned quarters- he added.

 

Moreover PK Pole Secretary FCS&CA who visited Khaleni panchayat of Block Bhalla chaired meeting of gram sabha in the aforementioned pyt, awared the general public about different individuals benifit schemes,approved gpdp,had meeting with frontline workers,prominent farmers,levendar producers,inspected important projects,Inaugurated pmgsy road to leherote,besides also took pledge on constitution day at the respective panchayat.
