ADC Bhaderwah finalizes Arrangements of upcoming Republic Day and Also convenes Introductory meeting held at Bhaderwah

BHADARWAH, JANUARY 23:- Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bhadarwah, Rakesh Kumar  today convened a meeting to finalize the arrangements for the celebration of upcoming Republic Day-2020.

 

It was the first meeting held by ADC Bhadarwah under his chairmanship after assuming the charge and hence an introduction with the officers coming under his command was also held. 

 

Discussions regarding security, first aid, sanitation, Fire and Emergency Services, seating arrangements, power & water supply, and issuance of invitation cards were finalized during the meeting. 

 

All the concerned departments were directed to finalize the required arrangements before 24th January  the day of full dress rehearsal. 

 

During the meeting, it was apprised that  venue of the function will be the New Bus Stand Kotli in front of ADC Office Bhadarwah where the National Flag will be unfurled at 9:50 AM and the  contingents of CRPF, IRP 5th BN, Senior and Junior Division NCC,   platoons from government and private schools will participate in the march past besides cultural programmes will be  performed thereafter by the various schools.

 

It was also decided that the  day shall start with playing of Shenai Vadan by Information Department Bhaderwah.

 

The Full Dress Rehearsal of the programme will be held on 24th January 2020.

 

ADC was accompanied by Tehsildar Bhadarwah, SDPO Bhadarwah, DFO  Bhadarwah, EO MC Bhadarwah, Principal Boys Higher Secondary Bhadaewah, TSWO, TSO, AEE PHE, AEE PDD, AEE R&B and PMGSY,  Niab Tehsildar beside other officers/officials also attended the meeting.
