In order to ensure efficient and responsive public delivery system District administration Doda,under the guidance of DDC Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode launched a “Phone-in-Call” programme.
The Senior Official informed that in these days of inclement weather conditions everyday are being dedicated to the people of the district residing in the remote areas especially to the BDC Chairman’s and Sarpanche’s asking them about the issues of their areas related to essential services if any for prompt grievances redressal by the concerned department.
The Control room simultaneously forward the nature and particular of the grievances if any to the concerned line departments for seeking action taken report.
