*DDC reviews the functioning of FCS&CA Department* _Directs to ensure 100% coverage of Adhaar seeding_

DODA,March 10: 

District Development Commissioner (DDC) Dr Sagar D Doifode today convened a meeting of officials of FCS&CA to review the functioning of department in the district.

 

The meeting was attended by Assistant Director FCS&CA Doda,TSO’s besides by the concerned officials of the respective department.

 

While reviewing the adhaar seeding of beneficiaries and ration cards,DDC told that as per the previous fixed targets progress is not satisfactory,and shall be speed up and directed to ensure 100% progress before the end of March 2020 otherwise disciplinary action will be initiated against the low performing employees.

 

DDC asked the Assistant Director to fix the targets at TSO level so that 100% coverage can be achieved across the districts.

 

Moreover DDC stressed upon to delete the various discrepancies in the data which includes duplicate beneficiaries in same ration card,with same adhaar number,inter-state duplicate beneficiaries (enrolled at more than one place) besides other discrepancies were also shared with the officials.

 

In this regard DDC has directed the AD FCS&CA to share the relevant data with all the TSO’S so that the duplicacy if any shall be deleted within the next 15 days across the district, besides directed  them to issue the notice in the print and electronic media regarding inter state duplicacy of ration cards under which beneficiaries shall be asked to delete their ration card at one place within 7 days and NOC shall be submitted in the concerned office, otherwise their ration card will be deleted without any notice.
