*Doda Administration reaches out to various number of stranded Doda labourers/residents at different locations of Uttrakhand,Jammu*

DODA, April 02:

Today Undermentioned grievances were received from stranded labourers/residents by the office of Designated Nodal officer,and were resolved as:

1.As conveyed Twelve person’s stranded at District Sirmol tehsil Rajgarh,matter taken up with SDM Office Rajgarh regarding the provision of ration.

 

2.Eleven person’s stranded at Distt Reasi.Katra.Charan Paadukka.matter taken up with ADC Reasi..who assured required help in providing food/ ration.Later as communicated by ADC Reasi Rajinder Sharma KAS ration to stranded labourers at the aforesaid location stands delivered.

 

3.Total 36 labourers stranded at Distt Tehri-Garhwal..Uttrakhand tehsil Kandisol… matter taken up with Tehsildar Kandisol for providing ration.he assured full help.

4.As conveyed 63 person’s stranded at Distt Rudrapryag Village Chopra.. matter taken up with Tehsildar Rudrapryag for providing ration to them…he assured immediate action.

 

5. Four labourers stranded at Distt Uttarkashi.. matter taken up with Collectorate Uttarkashi, immediate action was ensured.

 

It’s further to mention that since the establishment of control room by DDC Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode, under the supervision of CEO BDA Dr Rajinder Khajuria KAS regarding Stranded Labourers of distt Doda in other states.till now 863 Labourers of Doda district stranded in the States of Himachal,Uttrakhand,Sikkim,Bhopal etc,besides in other Districts /UTs of Union of India contacted this office and concerned authorities were approached for the provision of food/ration and other basic amenities to all stranded Labourers.

 

Further District Administration appeals all the stranded person’s of district Doda to remain indoor during the lock down period, and may contact the office of Nodal Officer for any help with regard to requirement of basic amenities like food/ration.

Please note,no request for travel to or from Doda shall be entertained.All persons stranded at various places are requested to remain at same place only in your own as well as in the favour of country.
