_Covid-19 Pandemic_ *DDC Doda holds extensive tour to Thathri, Gandoh sub divisions, inspected various Quarantine facilities put in place at various locations by the district administration* _Appeals people to follow the SOP’s of lock down restrictions on priority,took stock of facilities being provided to the inmates, Directs the health authorities to ensure 100% sample collection of all person’s quarantined in both the sub divisions_

District Development Commissioner Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode holds extensive tour to Thathri and Gandoh sub division of the district and took the stock of the facilities being provided to the various inmates quarantined in various quarantine facilities established by the District Administration.
It is pertinent to mention here that from the last one week near about 1000 person’s who were stranded outside J&K during the lock down restrictions have returned back to the district and majority of them are from the aforementioned location, DDC said.
Keeping in view this trend district administration for the comfort of these persons have quarantined them in their respective jurisdictions,and all the necessary arrangements have already been made by the District Administration,DDC added.
Moreover district administration has established Community kitchens at both the locations which are providing three time nutritious and hygeinic meal to all the inmates quarantined in different location’s in these areas.
While inspection DDC Doda directed the frontline authorities to ensure that hygeinic meal are being provided to all the inmates, besides also directed them to maintain cleanliness in and around the quarantine facilities and community kitchens.
Meanwhile DDC also visited the newly established sample collection booth and enquired about the process of sample collection,BMO Bhaderwah who is the nodal officer briefed the DDC that today 130 samples have been collected and will ensure 100% Collection by tommorrow positively.
In this regard DDC directed them to ensure that 100% sample collection will be achieved and that too by following the set protocol.
DDC also interacted with the deputed staff of health department and enquired about the issues if they are facing regarding sample collection, besides DDC assured all kind of help to the frontline functionaries who are working day and night tirelessly in the fight against Covid-19.
Besides DDC directed the officers of civil and police to ensure that there shall be no violation of ongoing lock down restrictions and appeals all the people to follow Social Distancing and to continue better coordination with the administration for their security and safety.
The officials who accompanied the DDC during the tour are ASP Doda, SDM Thathri, Gandoh,SDPO Gandoh,BMO’s,Tehsildar’s, BDO’S besides other officials of health,police and civil administration.
