*ADMO Doda suspended for anauthorised absence*

Doda, April 24:

Taking serious note of the unauthorized absence of ADMO Doda from his duties during current situation arisen due to COVID-19 Pandemic.

 

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Doda, Dr. Sagar D. Diofode has placed him under suspension and attached in the office of Chief Medical Officer, Doda with immediate effect. 

 

The order issued by the DC Doda reads that, “Whereas, due to the prevailing situation arising due to the COVlD-19, no officer/official is supposed to leave the station without seeking prior permission from the DC Doda. 

 

Whereas, it has been found that ADMO Doda left the station without taking permission,thus violated the section 144 IPC and other orders issued under Disaster Management Act and Epidemic Act.”

 

DC further warned all the officers/officals not to leave their stations without taking prior permission from the competent authority, any laxity/deviation shall be viewed seriously and action as warranted under rules will be taken against the erring officer/official.
