*Sarpanches Block Bhaderwah felicitate DDC Doda for effectively combating the Coronavirus menace across the district* _Lauded the efforts of District Administration for effectively implementing the lockdown restrictions across the district_

Sarpanches block Bhaderwah today extended outstanding and heartfelt gratitude to the District Development Commissioner Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode for effectively dealing the Covid-19 menace across the district Doda.

 

While speaking on the occasion the Sarpanches of the respective block highlighted the efforts of the district administration under the supervision of DDC Doda in the light of ongoing Covid-19 pandemic besides congratulated the DDC and his team of Officials for working day and night tirelessly to ensure the safety and security of it’s citizens, including successfull implementation of lock down restrictions across the district due to which the district is still out of danger from this deadly virus, the Sarpanches added.

 

Meanwhile the Sarpanches also handed over the Certificate of excellence,flowers and a kashmiri shawl to the DDC as token of love, respect and gratitude.

 

Speaking to the participants DDC extended warm regards to the Sarpanches for their heartfelt felicitation and also assures them that district administration will leave no stone unturned in order to ensure the safety and security of its citizens.

 

DDC also enquired about the status of ration distribution,face mask distribution,dry MDM distribution, Anganwadi ration in their respective areas for which the Sarpanches Informed the DDC that advance two month ration stands distributed in their areas including the dry MDM, Anganwadi ration at the doorstep of every beneficiary,besides congratulated the DDC for utilising the services of PRI members in the face mask distribution during this ongoing Covid-19 menace.

 

Further DDC Informed the Sarpanches that soon the MGNREGA works will be started across the district,the plan has been finalized and rates for different material commodities stands fixed and the directions has already been given to the concerned department to upload the plan on secure soft under the fixed timeline for the timely start of works,besides number of issues of the public interest were raised by the participants for which DDC Doda assured them that all of these issues will be addressed with utmost priority.

 

DDC also said that it is because of the people’s cooperation our district is still Coronavirus Infection free and requires the same amount of dedication and commitment from the public during this ongoing 4th phase of lockdown so that with collective efforts the fight against Covid-19 can be fought so that our district can be kept Coronavirus menace free.
