_Massive land acquisition exercise held in Doda, quantum of 404 kanal land acquired through PNC/compulsory mode_ *DC Doda approved 06 land acquisition cases under PNC, rates fixed for 15 cases under compulsory acquisition*

DODA, July 08: 

Chairman Private Negotiation Committee (Deputy Commissioner Doda) Dr Sagar D Doifode, convened a meeting regarding fixation of rates for land acquisiton cases pertaining to district Doda.

 

ADC Bhaderwah  Rakesh Kumar, ACR Doda Kaiser Ahmed Bhawani, SDM Thathri Athar Amin Zargar, SDM Assar Rishi Kumar, SDM Gandoh Pritam Lal Thapa besides district officers of intending departments remained present in the meeting.

 

During the meeting rates under PNC (Private Negotiation Committee) for 06 land aqusition cases were approved and for 15 no of cases rates were fixed under compulsory acquisition by the committee headed by the DC Doda.

 

All the acquisiton cases were related to PMGSY, PWD besides it has been informed to the DC by the committee that persistence efforts are being made to finalize all the cases pertaining to PMGSY and PWD department, so that the work under implementation in these departments shall be completed without any delay.

 

Moreover it is also pertinent to mention here that 71 land acquisition cases sent for sanction to the Revenue Department have been received by the office of District Collector Doda which were also forwarded to the concerned Collector’s for their finalisation.
