*DDC Doda holds tour of Bal Padhri area of Bhaderwah* _Also Interacted with the migrants living in the high altitude meadows, listened their grievances_

District Development Commissioner Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode held extensive tour to the Bal Padhri area of Bhaderwah, and also held interaction with migrants living in the high altitude meadows of the area besides listening to their grievances.
 
During the visit DDC Doda interacted with the migrant population living in these high altitude meadows of the area during the ongoing summer season and listened their grievances patiently.
 
The issues highlighted by the migrant population living in these meadows included construction of the bridal paths in the identified areas of forests, lacking of which has caused serious damages to their livestock in recent times, Opening of tribal School as mobile schools ceased to operate from the last few years in the respective area, providing of solar lights, construction of forest huts at Bal Padhri to facilitate  tourism and tourists, to provide the pending tribal ration besides to provide the same on regular basis, to provide atta for which the DDC directed concerned to ensure necessary action immidiately.
 
DDC listened all their issues patiently highlighted during the interaction and assured them that their grievances will be forwarded to the concerned authorities on priority basis and shall be addressed with utmost importance.
 
DDC also informed them that the district administration is also dedicated to improve the toursim sector across the district which will inturn address the issues of the earnings and livelihood of the people living alongwith these areas.
 
The migrants expressed their gratitude to the DDC for coming so far and  to listen to their basic and genuine issues and also appreciated the persistence efforts of the district administration for being committed to ensure the general welfare of the people living in the far flung areas particularly of the vulnerable sections of the society.
 
Others who accompanied the DDC during the tour were Tehsildar Bhaderwah, BDO Bhaderwah, Changa, Officials of RDD department besides other officials of the administration.
