*Development of tourism potential of the district is the main focus of the district administration* DDC _Mega Tourism development projects soon to be started,land already identified for the creation of requisite infrastructure_

With an aim to provide the impetus to the tourism activities, besides to enhance the tourism potential of the district, the tourism sector is the main focus of the district administration, the District Development Commissioner  Doda, Dr Sagar D. Doifode said.

 

The DDC said that the district administration is well committed and dedicated to improve the already existing tourism infrastructure of the district besides is ensuring that good quality Infrastructure will also be created across the district for the convenience and amusement of the general public of the district positively .

 

He also informed that the district administration in coordination with the tourism development department are going to create new Infrastructure at the various identified places of the district and the requisite quantum of land are already identified and transferred to the concerned authorities.

 

“With the creation of the new tourism Infrastructure not only the potential of the tourism sector of the district will be improved but will also provide the employment avenues to the youth of the district, besides will generate the local economy in a comprehensive manner”, DDC added.

 

DDC also informed that the district administration is persistently working for the promotion of tourism activities in the district and in the upcoming days various activities will be Kick-started across the district.
