*Stringent action Against Violation of DM order continues in Doda* _DM Doda conducted extensive tour of town realises penalty from the person’s without face mask and reviewed the implementation of public transport guidelines_

Keeping in view the threat of spread Covid-19 pandemic in the district,the District Magistrate Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode, has already issued an order under which wearing of face mask has been made mandatory for the general public across the district, besides necessary advisory was also issued for the public transport of the district.

 

In this regard to ensure the strict implementation of the advisories issued by the DM Doda to contain the spread of Covid-19 Infection, the DM Doda conducted extensive tour of the Doda town.

 

During the tour, the DM Doda visited all the inner routes of the town and various shops,while inspection found various person’s venturing outside their homes without wearing face mask and realised penalty of Rs 200 from them immediately.

 

Meanwhile the DM also inspected various public transport stands and reviewed the implementation of the designated protocol for the public transport which includes fixation of transparent sheets in the vehicles, besides not to travel beyond approved strength of passengers etc.

 

The DM appreciated rickshaw and taxi owners for following the protocol of fixation of transparent sheets in between drivers and passengers and for also abiding the seating protocols in letter and spirit.

 

The DM further advised the people of the Doda not to sit in the vehicles who don’t follow the guidelines of the district administration which includes fixation of transparent sheets in the vehicles,seating protocol etc, besides strictly directed the people of the district not to come out their homes without wearing face mask, failing to which strict action will be initiated against the Violator with immediate effect
