*COVID-19: 27 more patients discharged after full recovery in Doda* _Tally of Active cases in the district drastically reduces to 90, with 200 recovered patients till now_

In a major breakthrough amid Covid-19 scare,Twenty Seven more persons from Doda district who had tested positive for COVID-19 were discharged from the GMC Doda and other designated Covid Care Centres of Doda so far.

 

The patients, hailing from different areas were kept under medical observation at GMC Doda and other covid care centres and were discharged after their tests were found negative for the virus repeatedly.

 

In this regard, the tally of active cases in the district drastically reduces to 90, besides the graph of the recovered patients of Covid-19 has reached to 200 in the district as of now.

 

It has been given out that the process of discharge was done in the presence of the health authorities and the person’s were directed to remain in home quarantine for some time as per the set SOP and also as a precautionary measure.

 

The District Administration and Health Department are working relentlessly in the District to contain the spread of COVID-19 under the supervision of DDC Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode. District administration are also advising people to practice social distancing in order to curb the spread of Coronavirus Infection, to maintain basic precautions and to strictly follow the advisories issued by the Government and District Administration Doda with utmost priority.
