*DDC calls for 100% saturation of Kisan Credit Cards in the district* _Reviews the progress under beneficiary oriented PM-KISSAN scheme_

Doda, August 27:

District Development Commissioner Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode today strictly directed for 100% saturation of Kissan Credit Cards in the district Doda.

 

During the meeting the DDC was informed out of total 68471 farming families 66201 cases were sponsored by the Agriculture department, 65000 cases are handed over to banks out of which 60721 cases are sanctioned by banks.

 

DDC directed the concerned to expedite the process of sanctioning under KCC and calls for 100% saturation in the scheme across the district.

 

While reviewing the progress under PM-KISSAN,the DDC strictly directed the concerned to remove all the discrepancies from from the data base which includes adhaar numbers, IFSC code,bank account numbers, beneficiaries name, etc, besides asked to reverify the valid data with the latest installment sanctioned in favour of beneficiaries.

 

DDC informed that Apex level authorities are daily monitoring the beneficiary oriented schemes asked to expedite the progress for the welfare of all the eligible beneficiaries with utmost priority.

 

The meeting was attended by CPO Doda and Chief Agriculture Officer Doda alongwith dealing assitant.
