Block Diwas held at Bhaderwah Block

BHADERWAH, SEPTEMBER 30:- As part of ongoing “Jan Abhiyan” preceding the upcoming Back to Village-3 programme, 3rd Block Diwas was today held here at Bhaderwah blocks of District Doda.

 

The participation of PRI members and locals here as they projected a wide range of issues of public importance during interaction with the officers of different departments.

 

Sarpanches and panches of all panchayats led by Block Development Chairman, Omi Chand participated in the event. The government officers provided various services and listened to the grievances and demands of people. They resolved many issues on the spot redress pertaining to their respective departments.

 

The program was chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bhadarwah, Rakesh Kumar, and attended by Tehsildar Zeeshan Tahir, ASP Raj Singh Gouria, DFO Chander Shekhar, AEE PHE and officers of  various other departments viz Health, Animal husbandry, Sheep  Husbandry,  Floriculture,  Horticulture, Agriculture, RDD, ISM, Fisheries , Child Development, Sericulture, Social welfare department, Department of Industries and Commerce and others were present.

 

Various departments including Ayush Herbal India showcased their services and disseminated awareness about different schemes by putting up stalls. 

                                                            PRI members and locals raise various issues especially pertaining to PHE and R&B departments besides other burning issues which were patiently listened to by the officers of concerned departments and assured for their early redressel thereof.
