*District Administration Doda organizes day long training sessions for Visiting officer’s of B2V-3* _Back to Village program is a mission to bridge the gap between people and the Administration_ DDC *Convened meeting of Revenue and RDD officers, directs them to ensure collective efforts for the grand success of the program.*

In order to make Back to Village phase 3rd (B2V3) more successful and result orientated,the District Administration Doda under the supervision of DDC Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode today organized a day long training sessions here at Conference hall of DC office Doda.
The training sessions were chaired by the District Development Commissioner Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode.
Speaking on the occasion the DDC said that Back to Village program is not a scheme rather a mission to bridge the gap between the people and the Administration,adding to this he said that all the visiting officers are the representatives of the government going to the Panchayats during the B2V-3.
He said that all the visiting officer’s have been provided the requisite information about all the works done in the last year by all the line departments.
The DDC informed that in all the Panchayats the B2V-1 works have been completed and 15-20 works are at completion stage, besides directed them to start one work from B2V-2 in all the Panchayats during their visit to their designated Panchayats.
He also complimented the department’s for showing proactive approach during the Jan Abhiyan program.
Moreover the DDC said that under numerous individual benefit schemes extraordinary work have been done across the district and that report card has been attached in their booklet,which shall be read out by the visiting officers during their Panchayat visit before the people.
The DDC said that near about 12000 PMAY houses have been sanctioned, 100% saturation of KCC and Pension cases have been achieved, besides approximately 7000 works under Mgnrega have been sanctioned and are ongoing across the district,which needs to highlighted during the B2V-3 program by all the visiting officer’s.
He stressed upon the officers to work with sincerity and dedication to make “Back to Village programme” a grand success by keeping the main focus on issues of public importance.He impressed upon the officers to play a pivotal role to strengthen the Panchayati Raj institutions.
Earlier Master Trainers thoroughly enlightened the motive behind organising programmes like Jan Abhiyaan, B2V3 and said that the government is committed to bring governance at door steps of people.
The Master Trainers Idrees Ahmed Lone Dy DEO Doda, Phulail Singh BDO Bhalla, Zubair Ahmad lone DSWO Doda, Manoj Kumar BDO Gundna imparted the training through PPT. During the training the officers present were given the three day and two nights schedule.
The officers were briefed about the visit to important establishments/ institutions such as school/ PHC/ other government offices besides, various areas/ wards of the Panchayat.
They were also informed on holding Ward Sabhas and Gram Sabhas,Mahila Sabhas,Bal Sabhas the proceedings of which is to be recorded and signed, resolution to be handed over to the DDC, Meeting with BDC/ Panchayat members/ prominent members of Gram Panchayat.
The visiting officers have been asked to visit all ongoing / completed B2V works and inaugurate at least one work.
He should start/ lay foundation stone of one new B2V-2 work during their
Back to Village visits.
The visiting officer’s were directed to maintain the SOP’s while conducting the Panchayat visits, besides were directed to generate awareness about preventive measures.
Later DDC convened the meeting of Revenue officer’s and BDO’s, directed them to ensure collective efforts for the grand success of the ensuing B2V3 program in the district, besides directed them to co-ordinate every activity of B2V-3 on ground level in letter and spirit to achieve the desired results.
The training session was attended by ACD Doda,PO ICDS, District Officers, besides all the officers related with B2V3 and meeting was attended by ADC Doda & Bhaderwah, SDM’s, Tehsildars & BDO’s.
