*Accelerated recruitment of Class IV posts* _District Administration Doda holds training of invigilators,Centre Superintendent’s designated for six zones_

The District Administration Doda under the overall supervision of DDC Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode today begins a training Programme for invigilators and centre superintendent’s designated for conducting OMR based written examination to be held on 27, 28 of February and 1st of March.
The training program was chaired by ADC Doda Kishori Lal Sharma.
It was given out that 28 examination centres have been established for conduct of OMR based objective type written exam for Class IV posts being conducted by J&K Service Selection Board.
It was informed that 154 invigilators from six zones i,e zone Bhaderwah, Bhalla, Thathri, Doda, Ghat, and Assar were imparted training in two shifts at conference hall of DC office Doda.
It was also informed that the time of examination shall be started from 12 noon to 2pm for all the three days. It was further given out that sufficient deployment of Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, supervisors, invigilators i.e one invigilator on every 24 students, Magistrates have been appointed for all the examination centers for smooth conductof examination.
Moreover sufficient number of videographers have been engaged for video coverage of each examination center.
For foolproof security, the Police Department has been asked to deploy adequate number of police personnel.
Mobile phones and other electronic devices would not be allowed inside the exam center. The Candidates would only be allowed to carry two ball-point pens and hall tickets inside the exam hall.
The participants were informed about the pre, during and post exam events,and they were also directed to go by the manual so that hassle free and transparent examination shall be conducted across the district.
