*More than 17 Lac documents of different Revenue Record scanned in the district* _DC Doda reviews the progress of scanning/quality check of revenue record,directs concerned to complete the scanning/quality check under the set deadline_

The Deputy Commissioner Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode today reviewed the progress of scanning/quality check of different type of revenue record ongoing in the district.
The DC was apprised by the concerned that against the approximate target of 20 lac documents of scanning in the district,17 lac 38 thousand and 136 documents of different type of revenue records have been scanned, out of which quality check 13,61,702 documents have been done in the district till now covering a total of 178 revenue villages of the district.
The DC was also informed that out of the total 1697 Massavies recieved by the department,1594 have been scanned,adding to this quality check of 1385 Massavies have been done by the department and rest are under process.
The DC directed the concerned to pool their efforts into the task in well manner and to achieve the target of scanning/quality check under the set deadline so that the district shall quickly head towards the second phase.
