_LG Grievances Redressal_ *DC Doda reviews disposal of Grievances,calls for disposal of public grievances within set time frame*

Doda, March 24:

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Doda, Vikas Sharma today called for timely disposal of grievances of the public from the concerned authorities, the DC made this statement during a review meeting held in mini meeting hall of DC office complex.

 

The DC on the occasion took review of disposal of grievances department wise which have been raised during the Hon’ble LG Mulaqat and are forwarded to the districts for timely response from the concerned authorities.

 

The DC instructed the officers to ensure disposal of grievances of the public within the stipulated time frame, besides it was informed that 510 grievances are received  out of which 488 have been disposed, while 22 are under process.

 

The DC informed the officers that the disposal of grievances is being monitored by the Hon’ble LG office on daily basis. He further asked that delay or poor performances of any departments in this regard shall be viewed seriously.

 

The meeting was attended by the Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda, ADC Bhaderwah, ACR Doda, CPO, CMO, Tehsildar Bhaderwah, DIO Doda, DySP Headquarters Doda, EO MC Doda besides other officers/ officials.
