The Block Diwas/Jan Sunwayi program is being continuously celebrated on every Wednesday at each designated locations across the district and active participation of locals are also being witnessed during the program.
In this regard,the DDC Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode today visited Thathri and participated in the program, besides inspected the stalls and listened to the grievances of the locals.
The DDC directed all the line departments to ensure on spot services to the public and redressal to the grievances, besides asked them to highlight all the general welfare schemes before the participants so that they can take maximum benefit out of them.
While inspecting the Agriculture department stall the DDC directed them to ensure construction of vermicompost units in coordination with the RDD department in the upcoming days, besides directed them to aware the people about the ATMA program and drip irrigation.
The DDC also directed the health department to expedite the registration of beneficiaries under PMJAY SEHAT scheme.
Regarding the issue of non functional toilet complex at Thathri the DDC passed on immediate directions to the SDM to issue CRPC notice under rules and to submit the report in this regard within the 7 days.
Similar program was organised at every location,in Bhaderwah the program was organised at Dak bungalow wherein the ADC Bhaderwah and Tehsildar bhaderwah chaired the program and listened to the issues of the locals.
During the entire today’s event across the district various individual services were also provided which includes distribution of 147 domicile Certificates,16 category Certificates,36 revenue papers, besides 82 grievances were recorded and all are disposed off on spot.
Among others present during the program at Thathri are DDC Chairperson Sh Dhananter Singh Kotwal,SDM Thathri,DDC member Thathri,Chirala,BDC Chairperson Thathri, besides other officers/officials of sub division Administration.
