*Implementation of Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor’s directions* *DC Doda reviews the progress on designing of Web portal/App for digitisation of district level services/ innitiatives* _Directs the concerned to speed up the designing for timely launch_

Doda,March 24:

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Doda, Vikas Sharma today chaired a meeting of concerned Officers/ officials to review the preparations/progress of the designing of web portal/App for Zimedari initiative as well as for Building Construction permissions under BDA.

 

Pertinent to mention here that on the directions of Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor UT of J&K, every district has to digitise two of the services / innitiative on web portal which will be monitored by the Hon’ble LG as well as shall be available for the general public interface. Every stakeholder  can also follow the updates on regular basis.

 

The DC has been informed by the DIO NIC that majority of the designing upto primary user level for Zimedari initiative had been completed and zonal and district level user designing is going on.

 

The DC directed the DIO NIC to complete designing of portal including all the necessary features so that it shall be officially launched within the fixed timeline for further operations.

 

While reviewing the online services of building permission by BDA, the CEO BDA informed the DC that designing of the portal has been completed upto approval level, adding to this IDs have already been given to the concerned authorities for issuance of online NOCs.

 

The DC suggested some minor changes in the design of the portal, besides asked the concerned to add the feature of Geo tagging of the site at the initial level so that the revenue authorities shall also verify the same to avoid the duplicacy.

 

The DC Doda informed the meeting that on every Friday the Principal Secretary to the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, chairs meeting to assess the progress being made on the implementation of directions of Lieutenant Governor and it has to be speeded  up on priority basis.

 

The meeting was attended by CPO Doda,CEO BDA,DEPO Doda, DIO NIC, ADIO NIC besides other officials of NIC and school Education Department.
