*DC Doda visits Bhaderwah,took stock of Covid preparedness, reviews progress of HAMP and Seri Bazar Park* _Directs executing agencies to complete the works under fixed timeline_

Doda, April 29:

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Doda,Vikas Sharma today visited Bhaderwah,held inspection of various developmental projects, besides reviewed the covid preparedness by the local administration.

 

During the tour, the DC visited Thanthera and took stock of the land identified for the creation of herbal plants nursery and also visited Chabra area to get the first hand appraisal of the ongoing work on High Altitude Medicinal Plant, besides reviewed the progress on construction of park at Seri bazar.

 

The DC directed the concerned authorities to expedite the work on both the projects, directed them to complete the work under fixed timeline,to avoid unnecessary delays, besides asked the ADC to monitor the progress on daily basis for timely completion.

 

Meanwhile the DC also inspected the quarantine centres, and also visited the SDH Bhaderwah and took stock of the functioning of Manifold oxygen plant in the institution, the DC directed the concerned to ensure there shall be no shortage of oxygen cylinders.

 

Later on the DC held meeting with key Officials of local and health administration and directed them to augment the capacity of quarantine facilities in the area, besides asked them to make coordinated efforts to effectively implement the necessary guidelines to combat the spread of covid cases, adding to this asked them to expedite the vaccination.

 

The DC was accompanied by ADC Bhaderwah,Tehsildar Bhaderwah, BMO Bhaderwah besides other concerned officials.
