*ADC Doda discusses modalities on constitution of Youth Clubs in the District, DYSSO to submit the action plan for the formation of panchayat level sports clubs within two days positively* _Directs to constitute DLTFC to implement the ambitious Mission Youth scheme in letter and spirit._

The Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda Dr R K Bharti today chaired the meeting of concerned key stakeholders to discuss the modalities for constitution of Youth Clubs at Panchayat level across the district, which is one of the main component of ambitious Mission Youth scheme of the Govt of UT of J&K.
 
During the meeting it has been informed that the scheme has 6 vital components among which the formation of Youth Clubs and Sports Club is one the main basic component which has to be constituted well before the implementation of other vital components.
 
Further it has been apprised that Youth Clubs have to be constituted by the ADC Bhaderwah, ACR Doda and all SDMs in their jurisdictions and in coordination with the PRI members in all Panchayats of the district, adding to this there is a basic eligibility criteria which has been fixed by the Govt which has to be taken into account while formulation of the Youth Clubs.
 
Besides these groups shall be given grant in aid by the Govt on monthly basis to take out the assigned activities and the top 3 performing groups shall also be awarded on International Volunteers day.
 
The ADC Doda directed the concerned to constitute the DLTFC who shall implement all the components of the scheme across the district, besides directed the AD DE&CC and DIO Doda to maintain coordination with the other stakeholders for the smooth implementation of the scheme across the district.
 
Moreover it was decided in the meeting that CPO shall frame a comprehensive order under which the officers which includes ADC Bhaderwah, ACR Doda and all SDMs shall be directed to start the constitution of Panchayat Youth Clubs in coordination with ACP Doda and PRI members, besides the DYSSO shall submit the action plan for the formation of SPORTS clubs panchayat wise in two days which shall be submitted to the higher authorities for further course of action.
 
The ADC stressed upon the officer’s to pool synergized efforts for the smooth implementation of the ambitious scheme which is being keenly monitored by the Hon’ble LG UT of J&K.
 
The meeting was attended by CPO Doda, ACP/DPO Doda, DSWO Doda, DIO Doda, AD DE&CC Doda, DYSSO Doda, LBM, Zonal Head JK Bank besides the representative of Skill development department and others concerned.
