*DDC Chairperson,DC Doda inaugrated newly constructed Panchayat Ghar at Dugli-B Panchayat of Block Bhalla* _Says District Admin under guidance of UT Govt committed to strengthen the functioning of Panchayati Raj across the district on priority basis_

Taking step forward to ensure the proper functioning of the Panchayati Raj across the district,the DDC Chairperson Doda Dhananter Singh Kotwal alongwith Deputy Commissioner Doda Vikas Sharma today inaugrated the newly constructed Panchayat Ghar at Dugli B panchayat of block Bhalla.

 

The panchayat ghar has been constructed at an estimated cost of 39.26 lacs, besides it has been fully furnished keeping in view the requirements of the PRI members.

 

While speaking on the occasion the Chairman said that the UT administration in coordination with District Administration are making every possible efforts to strengthen the grassroot level democracy by creating necessary Infrastructure support for the PRIs.

 

DC while interacting with RDD officers/officials directed to complete all other pending panchayat ghars which are under construction on war footing basis.

 

Meanwhile the PRI members and other locals raise various other developmental and Administrative issues before the duo, for which it has been assured that all the necessary steps will be taken to solve the basic and genuine demands of the general public on priority basis.

 

Among others present are ADC Bhaderwah Rakesh Kumar, DDC member Bhaderwah West Yudhvir Singh, ACD Doda Mohd Idrees Lone, Ex En REW Mr Aftab, BDO Bhalla Phulail Singh, besides other officers/PRI members were also present.
