DODA, JULY 11:-
Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Gandoh, Dr Pritam Lal Thapa,paid Surprise visit to the Bhargi area in the sub division of Gandoh, wherein he found two number of Tractor Trolleys bearing registration No. JK06A-5953 and No. JK06A-7378 extracting and carrying minor minerals from the river oppsosite to the PWD office Gandoh.
It has been given out that none of them had any permission from the Mining Department to the extract the same and therefore, Naib Tehsildar, Gandoh was directed to handover both the Trolleys to Police Station Gandoh.
Further he directed the DMO Doda to visit the Police Station Gandoh and get both Trolleys seized under the mines and minerals (Development and Regulation) Act. 1957 and SRO-105 of 2016 dated:- 13th of March 2016 immediately.
