_Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav_ *School education department Doda organises District level quiz competition on “Indian Freedom Struggle Movements”* _DC Doda, appreciates education department for organising event, Teams from 10 education zones participated_

Doda, August 13:

School education department Doda today organised a district level quiz competition here at Boys Hr Sec School Doda as a part of the ongoing Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav on the theme of “Indian Freedom Struggle movement”.

 

The Deputy Commissioner Doda Vikas Sharma was invited as the Chief Guest on the occasion, in which 10 teams from different zones of the district participated with zeal and enthusiasm.

 

Speaking on the occasion the DC asked the students to actively take part in the ongoing programs of Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav which aims at to celebrate the 75 year of India’s Independence as a sovereign and great nation, besides appreciated the department for organising such impressive program at a short notice.

 

The DC have also urged the young students to actively take part in the physical activities and to shun those activities which dont make us physically fit rather put mental stress. DC Doda also stresses students to follow the Covid Appropriate behaviour and told them to become the ambasders of  cleanliness to fight against COVID 19.

 

Later on the DC distributed the prizes among the victorious schools which includes HSS school Jodhpur who stand first followed by HSS Khaleni and HSS Boys Hr Sec School Doda as 2nd and 3rd position.

 

Among others present during the program are CEO Doda Prahlad Bhagat, DEPO Doda Ayaz Mugal, Principals of various schools besides other concerned Officers and Officials of education department.
