*ADC Bhadarwah Finalises Independent Day Arrangements*

Bhaderwah,August 12:

Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bhadarwah,Rakesh Kumar today Convened a meeting to fanailize  the arrangements for the upcoming celebration of Independence Day 2021,here at Dak Bunglow Bhadarwah.

 

It was decided in the meeting that V.I.P will hoist the National Flag at 8.55 AM and will take salute at the march past parade of the  contingents to be drawn from CRPF,JKAP,IRP,NCC senior division,NCC Junior division  and government schools.

 

The day will start with playing of Shenai wadan by the Information department Bhadarwah early in the morning.

Regarding other arrangements like security, first aid, sanitation,j&K fire and emergency services, seating arrangements, power supply, arrangement of drinking water and issuance of invitation cards were also finalised and directions passed on to the concerned officers at the meeting. 

 

It was said that all  Govt buildings of all  institutions will be illuminated. It was also finalized that full dress rehearsal of the programme will be held on 13tg at 10.30AM. 

 

Among others meeting was attended by Tehsildar,SDPO,XEN PWD,XEN Irrigation and FC, Princpal GDC, Princpal boys higher secondary,AEE PMGSY,BDO,BMO ,AEE PHE,AEE PDD,ZEO,ZEPO and Representatives of various other departments.                                    It was said that participants as well as audience has to strictly follow and adhere to the SOPs and latest guidelines issued by the govt to contain the spread of COVID-19 Delta virus. In this regard huge gathering shall not be allowed at the venue. People r requested to abstain from creating mass gathering thereof, maintain social distance , wear face masks properly and use sanitizers. Police officers were asked to make sure to enforce SOPs at the venue.
