*ADDC Doda reviews performance of RDD Sector on District Capex Plan, BACK TO Village and MGNREGA*

Doda, August 27; ADDC Doda Mohammad Hanief Malik chaired a review meeting of ACD Doda Mohd Idrees Lone and BDOs on performance of the district capex, here in Meeting Hall of DC office  Complex.

 

Block wise progress on estimation, technical sanction, Accord of Approvals, and Tendering was discussed and direction were passed to all BDOs for timely estimation and accord of Administrative approvals to all pending works. Besides directions were passed to XEN REW and  to maximise the  flaoting of tenders and allotments so that the work shall be taken up and put to the use of public in defined timeline.

 

Further progress under  B2V3 was reviewed and progress report from the last meeting  was sought from all BDOs.

It was directed that B2V3 being a top priority programme of Hon’ble LG be taken seriously and the works identified by the Gram Panchayats be completed at the earliest. The time line has been set for the targets and the same shall be reviewed in next meeting.
