*DC Doda reviews compliance of multiple directions issued by UT Govt* _Directs Officers of Line departments to ensure implementation of all instructions before set deadline_

In order to ensure prompt compliance to the multiple directions issued by the UT Govt which includes inaugration of completed works, allotment and functioning of  abandoned school buildings, formation of youth clubs, formation of plantation committes, taking out of activities under Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav, hoisting of National Flags on all public buildings on the eve of 15th of August, National Anthem singing competition etc, the Deputy Commissioner Doda,Vikas Sharma today chaired the meeting of various Officers of line department’s to review the present status.

 

With regard to formation of Youth Clubs it has been apprised that in all Panchayats across the district the Youth Clubs have been constituted, for which the DC directed the concerned to issue formal orders  in their respective jurisdictions, adding to this it has also been apprised the DC that all the offices of BDC Chairpersons are functioning in the district in BDO office complexes.

 

The DC also directed the ADCs and SDMs to hold thr first meeting of all youth clubs so that their role and responsibilities shall be made them to understand at an earliest for their proper utilisation, besides asked to open the joint accounts for disbursement of honorarium.

 

The DC also directed the CEO Doda to complete the handing over of vaccant school buildings to the different departments by 7th of this month, so that all of them shall be made functional before 15th of August, besides asked the officers to have proactive approach in implementing the directions.

 

The DC was apprised that 230 plantation committes are constituted in the district till date. He directed the RDD to constitute the pending plantation committes in the Panchayats, besides aksed them to prepare the list of works which shall be inaugrated on 15th of August.

 

While reviewing the preparations of independence day, the DC directed to hoist the National Flags on each govt building without any fail, besides asked the concerned to conduct the competition of singing of National Anthem and to forward the same to the concerned authorities for further course of action.

 

Moreover the DC informed the meeting that Azaadi ka Amrut Mahotsav is ongoing, for which the DC directed all the  Officers to take out series of activities under this banner on regular intervals across the district and to submit the photographs and videos to DIO Doda for wider publicity.

 

The DC have also asked the officers to initiate the cleanliness drive in all their offices alongwith their staff during these first fifteen days of ongoing month as per the directions of UT Govt and to submit the compliance report supported by photography to the DC office on priority basis.

 

The meeting was attended by ADC Doda, ADC Bhaderwah, CPO Doda, ACR Doda, ACP Doda, SDM Thathri, Tehsildars, DIO, CEO Doda, CMO Doda, CAHO Doda, DYSSO Doda, Dy Registrar Cooperatives Doda, besides other officers of various departments were also present in the meeting.
