*DDC Doda reviews performance of RDD sector, took first hand appraisal of the works taken up under B2V-3 and District Capex* _Directs to complete the estimation of all works approved under ADP within Seven days, Asked Ex En REW to float all pending tenders of B2V-3 works in next 5-6 days_

The District Development Commissioner Doda Vikas Sharma today chaired the meeting of key officials of RDD department here in the conference hall of DC office Doda, to review the progress of estimation and tendering of the works approved under B2V-3 and District Capex, besides reviewed the execution and completion of the taken up works.
 
The DDC directed the Ex En REW to float all the pending tenders of the works approved under B2V-3 in the next 5-6 days besides asked the planning section to issue order for supporting staff from his office so that the work alloted shall be completed under fixed timeline.
 
While reviewing the estimation of works approved under Area Development Program (District Capex), the DDC directed the concerned to complete the estimation of all the pending works in the next seven days on war footing basis, besides asked the ACD to place the erring JE/TA under suspension who will have poor performance.
 
The DDC also directed the concerned to accord the Administrative approvals of all the works in their capacities without any unnecessary delays, besides asked to monitor the execution of works on daily basis.
 
With regard to delay in payments in MGNREGA the DDC directed the BDOs to take strict action against the erring VLW/MPW who are making unnecessary delays in making payments as per the set guidelines, besides asked to expedite the PD generation as per the targets assigned to them by their respective authorities.
 
The DDC also asked the committees to submit their reports with regard to the already executed works and the works which need corrigendum under B2V-3, besides asked the concerned to submit the alternate works duly approved by the competent authority against the non feasible works so that they shall be sent to the finance department for early approval.
 
The DDC asked the ACD to monitor the progress of their field functionaries on daily basis so that the execution of works shall be speeded up at the grassroot level, besides asked the REW department to share the information of all the works being tendered out with the concerned BDO so that the contractors shall be mobolised for immediate execution of work.
 
Later on the DDC also reviewed the progress of SEHAT registration block wise, the DDC asked the CMO to issue order of termination of those VLEs who are consistently non performing at the grassroot level, in addition to this directed the nodal officer of CSC to ensure compliance of the order and to engage the local resource in coordination with the BDOs of the respective blocks.
 
The DDC directed the BDOs to utilise the services of the VLEs in those areas which are potentially low in terms of registration under SEHAT scheme, besides asked to frame the schedule in coordination with PRIs village wise so that all the left out beneficiaries shall be included.
 
Thr meeting was attended by ADDC Doda, CPO Doda, ACD Doda, AC Panchayats, CMO doda, BDOs, AD Planning, Ex En REW, Nodal Officer SEHAT, besides by the representatives of various blocks.
