*DDC Doda discusses implementation of 10-point campaign on Good Governance across the district* _Directs all line departments to organise series of events at grassroot level to achieve the set targets, Asks to widely popularize the self employment schemes and other individual benefit initiatives for mass awareness_

The District Development Commissioner Doda Vikas Sharma today chaired the meeting of various heads of different line departments here in the Conference Hall of DC office to discuss the measures to be taken for the effective implementation of 10 point campaign/instructions set by the UT administration for each district.
 
The DDC said that there shall be a renewed push to the implementation of employment and other beneficiary oriented schemes through effective implementation of 10 Point Campaign launched by U.T administration. Speaking during the meeting, the DDC exhorted all concerned line departments to ensure effective implementation of flagship and other government schemes at the grassroots level. The district administration will launch a public participatory campaign to raise awareness and highlight the schemes being implemented to empower the common man.
 
The DDC said that objective of today’s meeting is to ensure that through 10 point campaign, there is targeted delivery of health insurance among the rural population, quantifiable panchayat-wise self employment, IEC activities on JJM, besides making government processes more transparent, easily accessible, to encourage peoples participation in development process and corruption-free, clean governance.
 
During the meeting each point set by the UT administration have been discussed in detail and comprehensive strategies have been formulated to implement the same at the grassroot level with the effective coordination of concerned departments and PRI members.
 
While discussing the “Yogyata Se Rozgar Mahotsav”  the DDC directed the concerned to organise a program on the block diwas coming on 1st of December at district headquarters and in each sub division  where all the Class IV selected candidates shall be felicitated by the concerned DDC/BDC Chairpersons, SDMs, besides on “Janta ki scheme-Janta ki bhagidari” the DDC directed the DPO Doda to give demonstration about the link to the PRI members during the ongoing capacity building programme so that the aim of bringing the transparency in the functioning of the executing departments shall be achieved.
 
With regard to “One person one golden card”  (registration and distribution of Golden cards) the DDC directed the CMO to submit a list of 20-30 potential quality VLEs so that they shall be put on the task exclusively for the 100% coverage, besides asked him to block the ID’s of non performing VLE’s so that other un employed youth shall be engaged against their places.
 On “Har Ghar Dastak” the DDC directed the CMO to ensure that to whom second dose is due shall be inoculated on the due date and to ensure that no body shall be left out unvaccinated, in addition to this asked him to put big hoardings at public places across the district highlighting name and numbers of the control room and Officials who shall record the grievances regarding overcharging of registration under SEHAT.
 
Similarly for “Har Ghar Nal Se Jal” the DDC asked the department to launch extensive IEC activities including pasting of big hoardings reflecting the aims and objectives of scheme, besides asked the executive agencies to ensure that all the works shall get tendered by or before 30th of november and execution shall start by the end of December under “Har kaam ki shuruwaat” compaign.
 
Under “Har Gaon Haryali” the DDC directed the forest department to start the plantation drive at Panchayat level in coordination with the PRI members, besides decided that on coming Saturday a grand plantation drive shall be kickstarted across district, in addition to this also asked them to nominate a nodal officer who shall co-ordinate all the activities and also actively publicize the  events.
 
With regard to “Berozgar se Swa Rozgar” the DDC directed the AD Employment to install big hoardings at public places highlighting all the self employment schemes including eligibility criteria, besides said that Youth Clubs shall be mobolised across the district in coordination with their designated mentors so that un employed youth shall be covered under these schemes.
 
On “Aap ki zameen Aap Ki Nigrani” compaign, The DDC directed the revenue authorities to intensify already decided activities  on every Wednesday and Saturday at village level through designated team of revenue, RDD and CSC officials, so that everyone knows how to access the uploaded land record on Land information System.
 
The meeting was attended by ADDC Doda, CPO Doda, ACD Doda, ACD Doda, ACP Doda. ACR Doda, DIO Doda, Tehsildar HQA, AO DC office, EO’s, DIO NIC, AD Employment, besides other officers of different departments were also present.
