*Revenue department retrieves state land, 9.19 kanals in Assar & 55.18 kanals in Gandoh, Sub divisions*

Doda, November 13:
Acting tough against the illegal encroachment of the state land, revenue department under the supervision of DC Doda Vikas Sharma today carried out a anti encroachment drive at Sub Division Assar and Gandoh.
The anti encroachment drive in Assar was carried by Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar Assar and other revenue Officials, during which a quantum 9.19 kanal land was retrieved and demarcated immediately by the Revenue department.
Similarly in Tehsil Bhalessa of Sub division Gandoh 55.18 Kanals including 26 kanals of Roshni land was retrieved today by the Tehsildar Bhalessa.
Pertinent to mention here that clear cut directions have been issued by Deputy Commissioner Doda to the revenue officers in a meeting here in DC office Doda today on accelerating the anti encroachment drives accros the district. It has been further given out that similar kind of drives will be carried in the upcoming days in the district with strict enforcement to curb this illegal activity across the district.
