*DC Doda chairs DACYP meeting* _Directs to co-ordinate all their activities with the line departments, Asks them to focus on awareness about the Drugs menace across the district_

Doda, December 27:  A meeting of District Advisory Committee for Youth Programs ( DACYP) of Nehru Yuva Kendra Doda was held today in the mini meeting hall of the DC office complex here. The agenda of the meeting was to discuss and finalize the Annual Action Plan of NYKS Doda for the year 2021-22.

 

The meeting was held under the Chairmanship of Vikas Sharma, Deputy Commissioner Doda. 

 

Some observations were put forth by the Chairman during the meeting such as Devising a mechanism of all the activities to be organised in  collaboration with the line departments of District Administration  Doda for better outcomes. He laid special focus on the social issues especially Drugs menace awareness, for which he asked  to held awareness programmes in later part of the financial year, ensuring the Participation of the Mission Youth Clubs, Medical Department and Labour department. He directed the NYK authorities to utilitie the services of volunteers for the 100% registration and coverage of the left out beneficiaries under Ayushman Bharat and e shram schemes. He further directed to devise the Block wise schedule of registration camps by NYK volunteers where VLEs, Health officials, RDD Officials and revenue Officials shall facilitate the smooth and on the spot registration. 

 

He stressed that District Administration should be made aware about the outcomes and impact analysis of such programs. It was directed to give wide and prior publicity of all the events to be organised.

 

The Deputy Commissioner directed for submission of List of NYK members to all the committee members so that they shall also coordinate with them to conduct any special activity in their respective jurisdictions.

 

The Chairman also stated that all the activities which shall be carried out henceforth shall be taken into consideration after consultation of the members of the committee, besides asked them to have result oriented approach.

 

The meeting was attended by GM DIC, CPO Doda, CMO Doda, SDM Gandoh, DIO Doda, CAO, DSWO Doda, DYSSO Doda, District Youth officer NYK, AD Employment besides other officials of the department.
