*Ways & means effecting efficiency and timely delivery of justice, infrastructural and other issues discussed in second Co-ordination Committee meeting at Doda.*

Doda, December 30: In compliance to Order of the Hon’ble the Chief Justice, J&K and Ladakh High Court vide Order No. 520/2021/RG Dated 14.07.2021, Second Co-ordination Committee meeting was held today  under the Chairmanship of  Principal, District & Sessions Judge, Bhaderwah, Sh. Virender Singh Bhou.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner, Doda Sh. Vikas Sharma, Senior

Superintendent of Police, District Doda Sh. Abdul Qayoom, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bhaderwah Sh. Rakesh Bhagat, Deputy Director Prosecution,

District Doda Sh. Ravinder Kumar Rao, Incharge Superintendent District Jail, Bhaderwah,

Executive Engineer PWD, (R&B) Doda Sh. Ayoub Wani, Executive Engineer PWD, (R&B)

 Bhaderwah Jawad-ul-Hassan, District Social Welfare Officer, District

Doda, Mr. Zubair Ahmed, Executive Officer Municipal Committee, Bhaderwah, Mr. Yousuf Omar and Chief Judicial Magistrate Mr. Prem Sagar, who is also Secretary of Co-ordination Committee.

Various Agendas pertaining to ways & means for effecting, efficiency and timely rendering of justice to the litigants, infrastructural and other difficulties faced by Judicial Institution and other stake holders of District Doda were taken up. Threadbare discussion and methodology/action to be taken within specified time limit were also considered in the meeting. Besides this Coordination of District Administration and Police Administration in implementation of various Legal Awareness Schemes was discussed. Issue of installation of Cameras in all the courts of District Doda for the purpose of survelliance and security was also discussed.

It is resolved in the meeting that the difficulties faced by the stake holders shall be worked out in the time frame manner and also  modalities shall be wfored out for the same.
