_”Awaam Ki Baat”_ *Weekly Block diwas held across Doda at designated places in strict CAB*

Continuing the practice of holding Block Diwas  as a part of public outreach programme, today Block Diwas was held across the district at designated places with strict observance of Covid-19 appropriate behaviour. In the day long program, the general public raised several queries, and officers responded/ resolved the grievances. Besides, various services were availed by the public  during the long long programme.

 

The main event of grievances redressal camps was held at Community Centre/ BDO office complex Ghat, this week also, where all the major departments of the district participated and addressed the issues of the general public.

 

During the day long proceedings of Block Diwas as many as 41 grievances/applications were received, out of which 39 feasible greivances were redressed by the officers/officials of respective departments on the spot, besides several services which includes 07 category certificates, 39 Domicile certificates, and 05 birth/ death certificates were provided to the people on spot during the day long program held across the district at already designated locations which includes Bhaderwah, Sub division Gandoh, Subdivision Assar, Subdivision Thathri and at BDO office  Ghat, Doda.

 

Moreover, many ration cards have been seeded, and twelve beneficiaries were covered under Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY SEHAT scheme. Besides, the KCC cards were issued to the beneficiary during the program, and many students were covered under the scholarship scheme.
